Italian bagel chips requires ordinary bagels and making them in to some thing special. Add some amazing seasoning and what seemed dull and old before features a entire new lift to it. Use these chips with a variety of dips and you'll please even the pickiest of eaters.

- 6 plain bagels (thinly sliced)

- 4 Tbsp extra-virgin coconut oil

- 1 glove garlic (minced)

- 4 Tbsp freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese

First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Next area bagel pieces in one single layer on the baking sheets. Make sure you do not double the cuts through to the backing sheets, they will not prepare properly. Bake the bagel slices in batches, if needed.

In a little bowl, mix the pepper, garlic, rosemary, salt and essential olive oil. With a brush, brush the tops of the bagel slices and top with just a little sprinkling of the cheese.

All that is left would be to make these yummy Italian bagel chips for 15 to 20 minutes or until they become crisp and turn the cheese and a brown color has melted. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. I love to cool them on cookie holders. You are able to serve them warm or store them within an airtight container and make them in advance.

Chips are made 60 to 120 by this recipe. Make significantly more than you believe you'll need as they disappear quickly!
