The book Fire and Ice is the second book in the Warriors Series. Firepaw, now a fully fledged warrior, is back for more. His best friend, now Graystripe, joins him in warrior duties. This book was amazing. When I started reading it I couldn't put it down! I love this book!!!! Awesome. Also .. Silverstream attacks Fireheart but releases him; he attacks her but sees Graystripe's look of dismay, and releases her. His sister also kitted recently, and she gives Fireheart her firstborn son to raise in the clan.

READ IN ORDER! When his best friend, Graystripe, becomes infatuated with a female cat from another clan, Fireheart wonders about his friend's loyalty. I thought this book was exciting because they brought one of the enemy Clans back home after they were driven out.  What will happen to the Shadowclan cat? 
With cats relationships, territory, personality and spiritual part are growing.  My son and his buddies have started calling each other by the book characters' names, and have enjoyed the sharing of the books tremendously.  

Its hard for Fireheart to do, especially with his first apprentice to train. Now me, my best friend and another friend are totally obsesed with these books. After escorting the Windclan cats back to their territory when they were driven out by the Shadowclan cats, the other clans suspect that the Thunderclan is growing weak.

“You idiot!" She spat, flattening her ears. "What are you doing in my territory?"

"Drowning?" Replied Graystripe.”

“WindClan has traveled a long time. It's nearly a moon since ShadowClan drove us from our home. The weather is turning colder, and leaf-bare will be here soon. We have no choice but to stay.”
