Julia Fairchild is a clinical psychologist. Mackenzie Brantley Jr. is a physician. He knew they had been meant to be together from the moment they met. Regardless of vast differences in their childhoods, they appear destined for a fairytale life then along came the storm.

Both Julia and Mac had been hit by lightning. Julia was taken to a hospital in Albuquerque where she meets Dr. Steven Duke. Steve has constantly been a rival of Mac. No friendship is lost in between them. When Steve meets Julia, he wishes hed met her 1st.

Mac told Julia little about his household. The family members is shocked by the resemblance among Julia and Selma, Macs mother. It doesnt take long for Julia to understand that this is a family members with secrets.

Macs past live-in, Emaline Pierce, is determined to win Mac back. Its not him she wants, its the family members pecan grove, The Red Stone Grove, and his older brother. Shell do whatever it takes to get what she wants.

The lives of the Brantley and Pierces are interwoven with dark, deadly secrets, secrets that could destroy both families.

Julia Fairchild by Louise Gaylord is one particular of these books that you wont put down until you read each word on each page. Ms. Gaylord has woven a tale of betrayal, murder and passion. The characters have depth.

Reading this book is like looking in a window and watching the lives of the characters unfold prior to you. Julia and Mac are two of the most complex characters Ive ever read about. They are not excellent, far from it. They have their quirks and every single tends to make blunders. Dolores and Frank as supporting characters had been fascinating.

It was straightforward to really feel Dolores bitter anger more than Franks betrayal. Frank wasnt the most likable sort, but he was genuine. This is a single of the finest books Ive read in years. Effectively accomplished Ms. Gaylord. It is with great honor that I advise Julia Fairchild to those who appreciate fiction and a genuinely very good drama.
