Delay is great. It's like having the alarm go off each day, but instead of getting out of bed your push "snooze" and go back again to sleep. Eventually however, you'll be running late. With delay you'll maybe not be late as such, probably for deadlines, nevertheless the more damaging part of this is the anxiety and shame that could come with it. Having such thoughts on a probably daily basis can be harmful to your team health, and it's absurd since it is relatively simple to offer with.Speaking for myself, I often set things down for later when I've this overwhelming to-do record and no idea the place to start. Every time I wait with the major tasks till last I realize how much better I'd have believed and how much more successful I would have been if I were to have cared for them sooner.It all seems simple and you may assume these approaches are made in to every person, as it might be common knowledge to you.
