Residing in Shape Come july 1st

Residing in shape throughout the summertime can often be difficult, particularly if youre on holiday. (Because who doesnt "cheat" a little dieting during vacation, right?) But there are a lot of fun summer activities you can take part in that have all the benefits of traditional exercise without feeling like exercise in any way. So long as youre smart, you can have fun under the sun while avoiding common summer injuries.

Jump In: Residing in shape is easier in water. The waters buoyancy makes exercises like water aerobics easier on joints, and you will use something as simple (so when inexpensive) like a beach ball to add just a little oomph to your workout. Hit the shore: Even when you are not a water person, each day by the pool is crucial just for fun summer activities. Walking or jogging on sand adds resistance, that allows for a better workout. Not really a runner? Try grabbing some friends for a game of Frisbee.
